Akashic Record Readings
These readings are rooted in the Akashic Field, a quantum library of the Universe. An Akashic Record reading is first and foremost a spiritual transmission that gives a soul-level vantage point on your current situation. We look at your soul profile and gain deeper insights on what is blocking you, which paths forward you can take, and what gifts are waiting to be awakened. An Akashic Record reading can take the form of a general soul profile reading, or guidance in a specific situation. Both 30- and 60-minute sessions are available.
Spiritual Therapy & Energy Healing
My work with spiritual therapy and energy healing combines traditional methods such as hypnotherapy and gestalt, and quantum methods such as shamanic journeying, and elemental energy healing. This work appeals especially to advanced souls and spiritual seekers. When we reach higher levels of consciousness, mindset work is usually not enough, and we need a different approach, one that takes into account the higher-vibrational parts of ourselves. These include our Higher Self, our ancestral and soul memories, soul group, templates we live by, and so on.
Soul Relationships
Working with soul connections and quantum relationships. These relationships tend to be very challenging, and bring up a a lot of issues that extend beyond our psychological makeup. If we try to navigate quantum relationships based on old templates, and try to approach them as a way to find our ideal soulmate, they can quickly become very toxic and destructive.
I work with healing dysfunctional patterns and connecting you to a higher vision, to your soul, and to the Divine, step by step.

How I Can Help on Your Healing Journey
I work with energy transmission, direct experience and connecting you to the Akashic Field. At the core, my work is about helping you connect to the highest parts of you and become your own healer.
In all our sessions, especially the healing sessions, we focus on energy transmission — where we receive high-frequency consciousness activation. Often, this brings about radical shifts. I have had clients resolve years of phobias or health issues in one session! In this context, it is important to understand that everyone's results will vary.
I do not "fix" you and I cannot guarantee spectacular results with a wave of a magic wand — I connect you to the energy that knows what it's doing and will go where it is needed the most.
The Akashic Perspective
for Advanced and Sensitive Souls
I find that the majority of people drawn to my work are advanced souls, what some also call starseed souls. Mindset work, goal-setting and talk therapy usually doesn't work very well for them.
The challenges that advanced souls face are two-fold:
- transmuting energy at the higher level rather than just the level of the mind;
- and learning to be present in the body, through somatic methods, grounding and elemental energy work.
Through the Akashic Records, I connect to my clients on the soul level. This is also the level of structures and patterns. We do clearing and energy healing from that higher frequency place.
But another aspect of my work is bringing balance, and beginning to bridge the spiritual and the material. I help my clients find grounding, and begin to fall in love with the Earth again.
Many advanced and sensitive souls face common issues, such as:
- feeling disempowered, always being a victim of circumstances;
- carrying heavy ancestral templates that they have internalized;
- feeling unwanted as a child, relationships not working as a result;
- deep sense of unworthiness.
In our sessions, we work on transmuting those from multiple angles and dimensions.

Hi, I'm Inga
Inga Kastrone, MA, MPhil, is an energy healer, spiritual counselor, an Akashic Record reader and a teacher of sacred dance, currently living on the island of Gozo in the Mediterranean. The focus of her work is bringing elemental balance to body, mind and soul.
