Navigating Grief with Lindsay Stanton

August 13, 2024 | Podcast

How do we navigate grief and deep sorrow caused by passing of a loved one?

Most of us will face grief and loss in our lifetime. It can be deep grief and sorrow rooted in loss of a relationship. Or a loss of someone very close to us who passed away. Those who have experienced such loss feel overwhelmed, and struggle to move forward with life.

We may lack resources and tools to help us navigate our fears. It feels there is an enormous gap in language to understand our relationship with our loved one who passed.

In this episode, we talk about grief with Lindsay Stanton. Lindsay built and ran Digi-Me, a digital technology company in the human resource space, together with her late husband Roger Stanton. Roger passed in October of 2020. Lindsay and Roger are soulmates who spent 20 years together in the physical world.

Lindsay Stanton

Lindsay has always been an intuitive, receiving information and signs from grandparents and family members that passed since she was young. She deeply embraced her spiritual journey after Roger’s passing. Today, Lindsay is a coach assisting those in deep grief. She is also a certified intuitive Reiki healer and practitioner, and is certified in somatic therapy as well as other modalities to assist those in grief.

Receiving signs, understanding that our soul never dies, and building a communication system with my soulmate on the other side literally saved her life. It gave her bliss, let her see beauty again, and let her take one step at a time to navigate her new life in this dimension.

Roger and Lindsay, immediately after his passing, started to build an amazing communication system, a language, and continued their partnership. Lindsay shares her story in her book, Enduring and Everlasting, with the hope that it will help others build the same type of pathways and communication with their loved ones who have passed.
