Our ancestors (spiritual and physical) believed that true knowledge is a full-body experience.

Ancestral Healing
Most of our parents and ancestors were suffering from unhealed trauma and generational wounding.
They grew up in families that suffered through wars, famines, forced migration, generational curses of poverty and abuse. They felt disconnected and alone. When we heal our own gestational wounding, we also help heal our families of origin and our ancestors. They meet us in the womb realms.
