Grief forces us to go deeper, to embody more.
And this is what we will be trying to do in this workshop. Grief can make us feel powerless. But we have the power to grieve. Our elder cultures also believed that grief was a form of medicine and transformation. It could open doors where there were none.

In this workshop, we meet Grief as a person, as a long-lost friend with whom we sit down and reconnect. The lineage we work with is that of ancient feminine grief mysteries. We also go on a somatic grief journey that allows us to process grief in our body and energy system.
About the Teacher
Inga Kastrone, MA, MPhil, is an unapologetic truth-teller and alchemist who transforms wounds and uncertainty into wisdom. She guides her clients through paradigm shifts and spiritual crises with quantum energy work and Akashic Record readings. Inga also teaches sacred dance and movement, meditation and intuitive development.
For the past decade, Inga worked with hundreds of advanced souls and highly sensitive people who struggled with being present in their body and feeling a sense of belonging on Earth.
