  • Healing through the Akashic Records

How can the Akashic Records help us heal and discover our true essence? And what is healing? Is it the same as curing — or is it something more?

In this interview with Valeria Teles, I delve into the nature of the Akashic Records and how it benefits my own healing practice. I will share some of the background for harmonic reconnection healing and the concepts behind it. We also discuss:

  • how the concept of linear development, from sick to healthy, from darkness to light, from unenlightened to enlightened, may be damaging on a healing journey;
  • what are the Akashic Records and how they can guide us to know ourselves;
  • working with the elements: fire, water, air, earth;
  • the body as a teacher of the soul;
  • balancing the heaven and earth, the above and below, as ways to ground our spiritual experience;
  • the metaphysics of creation 🙂

It was a beautiful interview with a great host, and a transmission in itself.
