These psychic gifts are also called clairs. In this quiz, we will explore the 4 most common clairs: clairaudience, claircognizance, clairvoyance and clairsentience.

Choose one answer to each of the following questions:
- When you meet someone for the first time, what do you immediately notice?
a) appearance: what they look like, what they are wearing, their shoes, how attractive they are;
b) how you feel in the presence of this person: whether you feel comfortable, safe, happy, joyful, and so on;
c) is this person interesting, can they be helpful to you, for example, could they teach you something or be helpful to advance your career;
d) the tone of their voice or their laughter.
2. What are your strongest memories from your last holiday or a trip you took?
a) beautiful scenery, unique architecture, houses, or something else that you saw;
b) the feelings you experienced during your trip: joy, amazement, peace, serenity, falling in love;
c) what you learned during your trip: historical facts, cultural knowledge, local stories, important events;
d) the sound of the ocean, the rustling of leaves, silence, birdsong, the music you heard or how loud (or quiet) people were.
3. Think now of your favorite movie. What is the first thing you remember?
a) the faces of the actors, costumes or decorations, special effects, scenery;
b) the feelings that this movie evoked, or some particularly touching moments;
c) the lessons you learned from that movie, or an interesting screenplay;
d) the music in the movie, or the voices of the actors.
Review your answers again. Does the same letter occur more than once? Two or three times? The answers related to this letter indicate your primary intuitive channel and your strongest psychic gift. This psychic channel is the way you interact with the spirit world. We call these channels clairs.
Now look at which letter was predominant. Here is what your answers mean:
Mostly A: Clairvoyance is Your Strongest Psychic Gift
Clairvoyance is your primary clair, your primary way of interacting with the spirit world.
You are a visual person, and vision is your most developed sense. Visual characteristics of an environment, person, and even food draw your attention first. Everything else comes second.
Visual harmony is important for you, and you prefer the aesthetic top the practical. When you set a goal for yourself, when you incept a vision of the future, you are able to clearly visualize it. You can see the pathways of realizing you goal, and then make this goal a reality. If you work with manifestation, vision boards or creative visualization helps you achieve your desires.
The primary channel that your spirit guides use to communicate with you is mental images. They can also show you very real and tangible signs in the physical world. You can see butterflies and birds or find coins in response to your questions, see auras around people, get your questions answered through the shapes of the clouds, and so on.
Trust your visions. Heaven speaks to you through your vision.
Mostly B: Clairsentience
You are clairsentient. Your interaction with the world relies primarily on feelings, emotions and sensations.
Because of your high sensitivity, it is difficult for you to be in large gatherings of people. You may also be sensitive to electronics. You are highly empathic and can feel people’s pain, often without consciously realizing it. You have a tendency to overeat or engage in other addictive behaviors in order to dull the anxiety you feel because of emotional overwhelm.
Because you genuinely desire to help other people, you often choose healing and helping professions, such as psychotherapist or social worker. Your extrasensory gifts often cause you distress, but they are also your unique superpower of communicating with heavenly beings.
Your spirit guides communicate with you through your heart and your body. You feel immense joy when they want to tell you that you are on the right path, fear and trepidation when they want to make sure you make a move to change your life or heal a certain issue. You feel tired when your guides want to tell you that you need to rest and take care of your health.
Pay attention to your body, your physical and emotional states, and do not dismiss them or try to rationalize them. The Universe speaks to you through your sensations!
You always know if a certain person is reliable, or not to be trusted, and your gut feeling doesn’t let you down. When you connect with the spirit world, you feel it in your body, in the temperature of the room or air pressure. You can feel the presence of your teachers, guides and angels, feel them touching your hair, shoulders, or your skin. Trust these sensations.
Mostly C: Claircognizance
You are claircognizant. With claircognizance as your strongest psychic ability, you receive messages from the spirit world in the form of ideas and realizations. Your primary channel of perception is through the intellect.
Often, you have information on the topics you never read or heard about before. It would seem the Divine just put these ideas in your head directly.
You don’t enjoy small talk, and prefer deep meaningful conversations. You feel uncomfortable in large groups, as it is easier for you to connect with a person one-on-one. You almost never read assembly instructions or instructions that accompany your electronic devices.
Often, you end up in the position of a wise advisor or an arbiter. You may be skeptical and unaware of your won psychic gifts until you end up in a really complex or dangerous situation.
Guides and high beings communicate with you through thoughts. In your mind, you can ask a question, and receive an answer though a flash of inspiration, Divine knowing. Think of it this way: whenever you receive an inspiration in a flash, your guides are talking to you.
As a claircognizant, you may believe that others know what you know. That is not true. You have received your knowledge as a gift and an answer from the Divine.
Mostly D: Clairaudience
As a clairaudient, you are very sensitive to sound. You feel it in your body when someone sings out of tune, or there are unpleasant noises around you. You need ear plugs when traveling, because it is difficult for you to fall asleep on the plane or in hotels where there are a lot of unfamiliar sounds.
When your guides are speaking to you, you hear them through your inner — or outer, physical — ear. This means, you may literally hear a warning voice ring in your ears. But unlike sound hallucinations, the Divine voice is loving and full of light.
Sometimes, you may hear heavenly music, or write a song in your dreams, or hear someone’s voice calling you when you wake up. Don’t worry, these are not hallucinations, and you are not “hearing voices.”
The heavenly voice is loving, compassionate, and always guiding you towards expanding and improving your life.
Based on previous research into clairs, people receive their intuitive guidance through the sensory channel. Thus, clairsentience is the most common psychic gift. The second most common channel is clairvoyance. Claircognizance and clairaudience are much more rare.
In your intuitive practice, as you begin to develop spiritually, you will start interacting with all of these clairs, and eventually develop more gifts than one! But it is good to know your primary channel of intuitive perception, so you don’t sit around waiting for images when your guidance comes to you through sensations or inner knowing.
