But if your world still feels fragmented, if you still feel disconnected from your true essence and from forming meaningful connections with others — something is missing.
This missing piece — inability to cope with fragmentation and disconnection that we feel in our innermost selves — is the collective trauma of our society. Not just in the West, but many other places around the globe. Because we approach even healing from the perspective of a separate, disconnected self living in a mechanical world, it doesn't go deep enough to transform this primary wound of separation.
We want to feel like we belong here.
Feel loved and worthy of stable relationships.
Feel complete.
Reconnecting Body and Soul, Heaven and Earth, Individual and Collective
Through the Akashic Field and the use of active imagination, we take healing a few steps deeper: into the very blueprint of your soul and into your relationship with the living field within you and around you. My work is two-fold: we go up to very high frequency, and we also ground this healing into a living relationship with the Earth, with you body, and with the elements. Reconnecting to the living world around you.
So you don't feel lost. Separate. Like you don't belong.
When you are connected to all life around you, your trauma becomes smaller, your mindset expands, your health shifts. You flow with life, rather than resisting it.
You can speak to your body,
You can speak to your heart.
You can speak to your ancestors.
And be heard.

Working with Templates
Templates, at the simplest level, are maps that we use to navigate life. These maps are active at the spiritual, energetic, psychological and emotional level.
Some templates are self-explanatory, for example, you may have learned co-dependency from your mother, and now this co-dependency is impacting your own relationships. As spiritual beings, we also have templates at the level of past lives, ancestry, soul group, and collective consciousness.
For example, you may have grown up in a nurturing environment with plenty of money and support. Yet you have always carried with you a feeling of deep sadness, a sense that you are not enough, which you KNOW does not come from this lifetime or your individual situation. This is exactly what we work with in our healing sessions.
In what Areas Can we Do Template Work?
- The energy from your mother and her environment while in the womb;
- Energies from the land and from your ancestors;
- Pregnancy not being wanted and the resulting templates of shame and guilt. Feeling it is not OK to have needs;
- Maps you learned growing up in relation to male and female, e.g. what it means to be a woman/man;
- Relationship templates and how all the "white picket fence meant to be together forever" is now impacting your very real soul relationship journey;
- Money templates of your parents and ancestors (have to save, have to spend, you only live once, save for the rainy day, etc.);
- Ancestral trauma, including the impact of oppression, wars and unhealthy beliefs;
- Soul-level issues, such as vows of poverty or sacrifice.
Guided Journeys to "Re-Wire" the Brain
Merely having someone else tell you about things that you need to heal is similar to having "read only" access to files on a drive. Or looking at someone else eat, instead of savoring the delicious food yourself. It may be interesting, but it does not change you at a deep level. Healing happens by way of embodied knowledge.
In order to deeply heal, to feel at home, to be connected, rooted and grounded, "read only" is not enough.
What we do in our sessions is go where we have "edit" privileges. In the imaginal, quantum realm, we don't just read. We can re-write and edit.
In harmonic reconnection sessions can access the states of neuroplasticity, the ability of the brain to "re-write" itself, and begin to form new pathways, new connections, and new templates. Gradually, we can begin to re-wire our life. It is a process, because you get to heal the stuff you have often been avoiding for lifetimes. But it works!
Session Structure
Each session is a sacred alchemical container, where we open to receive the healing and guidance that is needed for you at this time. As such, every healing session is unique.
Soul-Level Healing in the Akashic Field
Clearing the templates that keep you stuck
These soul-level templates often express as vows and soul contracts that are not helping you. You may be stuck in sacrificing your life for others and not seeing the bigger picture that you don't need to give up anything in order to feel loved.
This pattern can be rooted in your relationship with Source and the original wound of feeling abandoned by God, for example. Provided you are ready to let go of this, we go to the core of the issue and clear it at the inception point.
Inner Counsil of Elders
You may have heard of spirit guides. But our body is connected to the larger eco-system around us. From the beginning of our Earth journey, we are intimately connected to ALL life on this planet.
In my work, we connect to ancient layers of our self: predator and prey, mother and child, even sea creature and plant. We ask for their advice, finding our place in this vaster family constellation. This is great for decision-making and getting advise through major life transitions.
Womb Healing & Magnetism
Womb healing and working with with personal magnetism can create huge energetic shifts for you, especially if you struggle with abundance, personal power and boundaries.
As sensitive souls who are born female, we are often connected to very heavy energetic templates of feminine wounding. Carrying all of this heavy energy can make us very disempowered over time. When we begin to reverse the flow and work with the energies of magnetism and attraction, we can experience healthy boundaries and a new inflow of inspiration, abundance and joy.
Past & Parallel Life Journeys
At the quantum level, past and future are like threads we can pull while staying in our center.
We are not separate. We are connected to all life. Ultimately, our entangled, past or parallel lives only matter in relation to the NOW. In these journeys, we work with threads of other lifetimes that emerge, like a broken record, in your present life. It can be disempowerment, abuse, persecution, vows, health issues, and so on. You are not a victim of past lives!
What NOT to Expect from a Session
Magic Fix
Healing, like any change, transformation, or training, is a process. Quantum shifts can occur instantly — and miraculous healings are, in fact, real. But typically, we need time to adjust to new energies. We need time to implement new understanding. To establish a new practice. Besides, we don't try to fix anything. I can't "fix" you. I can only help you reconnect to your power.
"Sending Healing"
I am not "sending healing" to you. With some exceptions, this is very disempowering in the long run. Embodied healing requires your participation, energy, intention, and desire. It is not mechanical. We enter into the sacred container of a session and allow what wants to come through to emerge. Ultimately, you are the one either blocking or allowing healing to happen.
Linear Models
Distance healing and energy work are real! There are many peer-reviewed studies to support their effects. But the root of our work together is in the imaginal realm, the Akashic Field, the quantum realm. We use creative imagination and energy work to shift deep-seated patterns, where linear models don't succeed. So we also can't fully grasp what happens if we think in a linear, mechanistic way. This is different, this is real magic! :)
