Energy Healing
Energy healing is first and foremost an inner transformation. When we heal, we are able to see things differently. From this new awareness, we can make new choices, take different action and re-align our lives.
In my energy healing work, I use different healing modalities to help starseeds, twin flames and advanced souls on their journey. The healing process starts at the quantum level.
I work with multiple healing modalities and techniques: Reiki, breathwork, hypnotherapy, multi-dimensional healing, healing with information, elemental energy healing, and more.
Energy healing is a holistic process. When you surrender and allow healing to take place, your life transforms dramatically. But healing is not the same as curing. For true healing to occur, we must soften our need to control the outcome.
When we keep getting into the same situations, meeting the same people, running into the same obstacles over and over again — the universe screams at us that it is time to heal.
At the Akashic level, this work of reconnection and healing needs to extend into past and parallel lives, ancestral lineages and even the energies of our soul group.

You may have heard of the 4 alchemical elements: Air, Water, Fire and Earth. These elements were considered building blocks of creation in almost every spiritual tradition, long before Western Alchemy was conceived of. We find the teachings of the 4 elements in shamanic healing in the Americas, in Asia (with some modifications), in Tibetan Buddhism, Hinduism, in European indigenous religions and traditions.
Most traditions have, at least to some extent, acknowledged also the existence of the 5th element, called the quintessence, ether, or Akasha. In my practice, I see the Akashic Records as the Field that in-forms our being and our reality.
Working with this Field, we can begin to bring ourselves into balance. I focus on restoring elemental balance through high-vibrational energy healing that addresses mind, body, and multiple levels of our energy field, including the ancestral and soul level.

Healing dysfunctional templates is Akashic-level work, in the sense that we address underlying patterns that structure your life. Templates are not merely patterns of thinking and behavior. Often we tend to over-focus on healing our ancestral wounding and templates. While this is a crucial part of my work, I also like to remember that we came into this life woven from the fabric of our ancestors. We carry their genes, as well as their power. And we can call on them and work with them as our allies.
We are all connected to some difficult masculine and feminine templates. These often come up in romantic relationships, but also in work situations and spiritual growth. They manifest as inability to give/receive, too much yang or yin (runner/chaser dynamics), hatred of men/women, fear of the future, etc. I am committed to working with healing the feminine and allowing new feminine templates to emerge on Earth at this time.

When to Have a Healing Session
Actually, there is no set structure! We work with what emerges for you in the moment. Everyone is unique. Consequently, each healing session is unique.
All my healing sessions are intuitive, that is, I receive my information from the Field (the Akashic Records), and am guided on which methods to apply. We work a lot with visualizations, guided journeys, connecting to specific healing channels, or sometimes directly to an organ or an area of the body, to receive its wisdom.
If you feel you need energy work, I am a Reiki master and also work with Karuna Reiki and other healing energy modalities. In fact, if it is "pure" energy work you are looking for, I have even started offering distance energy healing sessions, where you can simply receive, on or off Zoom.
If there is a particular topic that you want to work with, such as relationship healing, or healing the feminine, I offer a package of 4 healing sessions, as well harmonic reconnection healing packages of 6 or more sessions (these are also longer in duration and are more embodiment-centered).
